After loading our delete tuning software in Your ECM, there
will be no more error codes for bypassed aftertreatment systems.
Our tunes DO NOT REQUIRE turbo change or replacement.
The only things required are:
- hollowing out or bypassing the DPF-DOC-SCR filters
(to prevent clogging up the exhaust). - blocking off the EGR with steel plates (to prevent exhaust gases going back to intake)
*in case EGR got deleted.
For Caterpillar deletes we use original CAT migration files.
These files are intended for machines that are exported in NRC (non regulated countries).
These are the best tunes money can buy - basically made by CAT!
All delete tuning is done ONLINE.
In order to do the tune You only need:
- laptop(Windows operating system)
- internet connection
- diagnostic adapter
Adapter requirements vary depending on the brand of the machine.
Check the desired brand page for more details(ex. Caterpillar).
We connect to your PC using a program called Team Viewer.
This program requires stable internet connection.

Once we are connected to Your laptop, we connect to Your machine's ECM using OEM diagnostic program!
We use OEM program's ECM flashing capability to load our tuned file.
Tuning process takes about 1-2hrs (in some cases it can take more).
